All sales orders submitted online are subjected to Abitex's acceptance.
Sales order acceptance and completion of the purchase will take place once the order has been dispatched. Until that time, Abitex reserves the right to reject the Sales Order.
Once the online purchase has been made, our marketing executive will contact you regarding delivery.
Abitex reserves the right to cancel or terminate the obligation to fulfil any sales order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a sales order is confirmed and paid for by the customer, with or without notice. Abitex shall not be liable for such termination or cancellation. In such an event, a full credit refund will be made to the customer.
All prices quoted are inclusive of goods and service tax, unless otherwise stated.
Payment made through the website shall only be through credit card payment, paynow or internet banking unless otherwise stated.
Voucher codes can be utilized for online purchases and will be issued with their own set of conditions which are specific to each version of the code.
All online and in-store purchases made are subject to the same warranty and cancellation policies.
Every hide is different and because the dyes and finishes penetrate to varying degrees in different parts of the hide, an attractive variable finish is achieved with a level of uniformity as consistent as these processes allow. The natural marks, grain variations, and wrinkles, which appear on each hide will feature in your furniture. Irregularities in the grain, small scars, and insect bites, and other natural skin marks are not considered defects.
Wood species respond to pigment (stain or paint) depending on the specie’s inherent characteristics. Factors such as; open-grain, closed-grain, grain density, end-grain, machining, sanding, and material type (solid wood vs. veneered wood) will all impact the overall appearance of a pigmented finish. Natural variations or inconsistencies in color (shades), pattern (wood grains), and natural imperfection due to the knots are natural characteristics. The actual product may differ slightly from the display piece
These natural characteristics are what make the furniture we produce individually unique.
Checking of Order
The customer is responsible to check against the invoice at the point of sale to ensure that there are no discrepancies to the order. Abitex will not be obliged to fulfil the order should there be any discrepancies once the delivery order is signed. However, the cancellation policy can still be applied if applicable.
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours from the date of purchase and there will be no fees incurred. All cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation policy strictly does not apply to the following non-regular priced products:
- Display Pieces
- Promotional/Discounted Products
The management of Abitex will extend sales/promotions at their own discretion and we regret that we will not be able to extent the same sale discount/promotion to past orders or extend it after the promotion ends.
All our products are under warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery, against structural spring & foam defects excluding leather, PVC & other surface upholstery materials.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from
- Normal wear & tear
- Accidents including (but not limited to)
- Damage from pets
Any product modification by consumer or other parties will void this warranty.
Any decision made by the management of Abitex regards to the complaints of the workmanship or material, shall be final and conclusive.
Any item repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only

Our delivery timing will be from:
Monday to Friday: 10am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 10am – 2pm
There is no extra fee for delivery on Saturday but it is subjected to availability.
Please ensure that there will be someone to receive the delivery on the pre-agreed date and time.
If the furniture is unable to fit into the lift or lift is unavailable, there will be an additional charge per item on a case by case basis depending on the weight of the items and the number of storeys it will need to be carried up.
We would encourage our customer to have the furniture once they are ready. In the event that you will need us to store them in our warehouse, there will a storage charge of $10 per day for each item and a maximum period of 3 months.
